    Fostering Universities Leading the Early Employment-Based Contract Department Model

  • Project Purpose
    • To satisfy both students· desire for education and employment, and to provide customized manpower to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), resolving labor mismatches in industry.
    • Reflecting recruitment standards proposed by SMEs, universities and companies jointly select students, sign employment agreements, and co-develop and operate curricula.

    1. Operating Industry-Oriented Curricula and Fostering Talent in Strategic Local Industries
      1. Through departments such as Smart Hospitality, Future Automotive, and Software Convergence, Dong-Eui University nurtures talent specialized for Busan·s strategic industries and strengthens student·company matching to enhance local employment.
    Pusan National University (Graduate)
    1. Establishing a Specialized Education Environment for Semiconductor Process and Equipment Professionals
      1. Through the establishment of the Nano Semiconductor Process and Equipment Contract Department, the university aims to foster master·s and doctoral-level professionals, utilizing existing facilities and creating a new Creative Convergence Education Center simulating real corporate environments.
      2. In collaboration with participating companies, the university develops customized courses (e.g., Plasma Processing Theory, Semiconductor Devices and Measurement) and operates joint R&D projects, ensuring graduates gain immediately applicable expertise.

      1. Utilizing existing facilities from departments such as Smart Beauty Care, Smart Wellness Medical Beauty, and Smart Food Culinary Arts, and introducing new equipment to simulate real corporate work environments for practical training.
    Busan Institute of Science and Technology
    1. Establishing and Operating a Creative Convergence Education Center for On-Site Practice and Training
      1. Utilizing facilities from AI Computing, Video Graphics, GQE, 3D NFT Character Design, and Smart Funeral Marketing Departments, creating realistic training environments to cultivate field-oriented professionals.
